These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at delanoasphaltpaving.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Trueline Delano Asphalt Paving ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
By using this Site or requesting services from Trueline Delano Asphalt Paving, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Trueline Delano Asphalt Paving is an asphalt paving contractor based in Delano, CA. We provide residential and commercial paving services including, but not limited to, asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, pothole repair, parking lot maintenance, grading and excavation, concrete curbing, and related services.
All services are performed in the Delano area and surrounding communities in California. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to decline a project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Trueline Delano Asphalt Paving are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including a site inspection, project scope, and current material costs. Estimates are not guaranteed fixed-price quotes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the estimate, if the project scope changes, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate date and the project start date. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding with additional work.
All estimates and invoices are provided in US dollars. Taxes, permit fees, and disposal fees, where applicable, may be itemized separately.
Project dates are scheduled by mutual agreement between the customer and Trueline Delano Asphalt Paving. Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and material lead times. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible of any changes to a confirmed schedule.
Weather delays are common in outdoor paving work. Asphalt paving and sealcoating require dry conditions and appropriate temperatures. If weather prevents work on a scheduled day, we will reschedule at the earliest available date at no additional cost to the customer.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or after work has begun may be subject to charges for materials and labor already incurred.
Payment terms will be outlined in the written estimate or contract provided before work begins. Typical terms require a deposit prior to project start, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be stated on your invoice. Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee as permitted byCalifornia law.
Trueline Delano Asphalt Paving reserves the right to place a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California law in the event of non-payment for services rendered.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services and to ensure that the work area is accessible on the scheduled project date. This includes removing vehicles, equipment, and personal property from the work area prior to crew arrival.
You are responsible for obtaining any permits or homeowner association approvals required for work on your property, unless you have separately engaged us to pull permits on your behalf as part of a written agreement.
Trueline Delano Asphalt Paving warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials suitable for the described scope of work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in writing in your project agreement.
Asphalt and sealcoating are subject to natural wear from traffic, UV exposure, temperature changes, and soil movement. Normal wear and deterioration over time are not covered under any warranty. Warranty claims related to improper customer use, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by conditions outside our control are also excluded.
